Contact / quote form: name, phone, email, city or area, project type, desired timing, free-text message.
Showroom sign-up: name, email.
Technical data: IP address, browser, referring page — collected automatically for security (anti-spam) and internal statistics.
No banking data is collected on this website.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to: prepare and send you a quote; contact you about your request; inform you of the showroom opening if you signed up; keep the website secure. It is never sold, transferred or rented to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the legitimate interest of Zayan Design SARL in responding to your commercial enquiries.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact with no follow-up. Showroom sign-ups are deleted after the opening announcement is sent, or on request.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by OVH (France). Enquiries are stored in a secure database (Supabase) with restricted, encrypted access, and forwarded by email to our sales team. There is no public access to this data.

OVH SAS (website hosting) · Supabase Inc. (database) · Google LLC (Google Fonts typefaces — loading the fonts transmits your IP address to Google).
Your rights
Under law 09-08 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@zayandesign.com stating your name and the subject of your request. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or, for EU residents, with your national supervisory authority.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics tool is installed at this time. If a privacy-respecting audience measurement is added, this policy will be updated.
